Guests have a private, fully separated in-law suite with their own entrance accessible directly from the driveway. The suite includes a private bedroom with a queen-size bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a full kitchen, and a private bathroom. The suite is located within our single-family home, where my family and I live. Although the guest area is completely separated from our living space and has its own entrance, guests may occasionally hear normal household sounds. Guests have a dedicated parking area with space for up to three vehicles. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, so we kindly ask guests to respect quiet hours and our neighbors. The kitchen is available for guests to prepare their own meals, and the suite is equipped for both short and extended stays. Grocery stores, restaurants, and other conveniences are just a short drive away, with Sheetz approximately a 2-minute walk from the property.
